About Me

I am first and foremost, not a trained chef. I did not attend culinary school and I have not studied under any four star chefs. I have however, been cooking for the last 18 years. I studied under my mother who is, in my opinion, one of the best cooks I know. I post here, what I have learned from her, learned from eating, learned from watching and learned from experience. I hope to share my experiences and recipes with everyone and hopefully start an open forum for those of us who love to cook.
